About the Role

We are currently recruiting a professional Night Manager to oversee our client's luxury hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring the seamless, safe, and efficient running of all departments while maintaining superior guest service standards.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the senior management representative on duty during the night shift, overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, and F&B departments.
- Supervise the night audit process, verify revenue postings, reconcile daily financial transactions, and ensure accurate Property Management System (PMS) rollover.
- Deliver exceptional guest service, personally greeting VIPs and resolving escalated guest complaints or service recovery issues promptly.
- Coordinate with security to maintain safety, monitor CCTV, enforce access control, and act as Incident Commander during emergencies.
- Conduct routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure luxury brand standards and compliance.
- Prepare comprehensive daily handover reports detailing occupancy statistics, revenue summaries, maintenance issues, and operational incidents.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of front office or hotel operations experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a supervisory or night audit role within a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
- Proficiency in hotel PMS and night audit procedures with strong financial acumen.
