About the Role

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Night Manager to oversee our client's luxury hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring seamless service delivery, safety, and operational continuity.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee overall hotel operations during the night shift, acting as the senior management representative on duty.
- Manage guest relations, addressing VIP arrivals, escalations, and service recovery with utmost professionalism.
- Supervise Front Office operations, guest check-ins, and the night audit process to ensure accurate revenue reconciliation.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security to maintain facility standards and swift incident response.
- Monitor safety protocols, enforce access control, and serve as Incident Commander during overnight emergencies.
- Prepare comprehensive daily handover reports detailing occupancy, financial transactions, and operational incidents for executive management.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hotel operations experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or night audit role.
- Prior experience working within a luxury or upscale hotel environment.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and financial balancing procedures.
