In this role, you will be the primary guardian of our night operations, ensuring seamless front office procedures and flawless financial reconciliation across all revenue-generating departments. Key Responsibilities- Reconcile all daily transactions accurately from the front desk, restaurants, bars, and point-of-sale systems.
- Balance and verify cash, electronic transfers, POS terminals, and room charges before the morning shift handover.
- Prepare comprehensive night audit reports, daily revenue summaries, and occupancy updates for management.
- Update the property management system nightly to reflect accurate guest statuses and financial postings.
- Manage late-night guest check-ins, inquiries, and requests with the highest standards of hospitality.
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor, Front Desk Agent, or in a similar financial accounting role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night shifts.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a calm, courteous demeanor under pressure.
