About the Role
Aldelia Limited is a global recruitment and specialised services provider to the Oil & Gas sector, committed to advancing local content and operational excellence. We are currently recruiting a dynamic New Pipe Yard Site Coordinator/RSES-D to manage our facility in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will oversee all yard activities, enforce rigorous safety standards, and ensure seamless logistics and materials management in compliance with international best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate all daily operations at the Port Harcourt New Pipe Yard, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Supervise the inflow, outflow, categorization, shelving, and storage of stock and non-stock materials.
- Manage warehouse facilities (ECP and Transit), equipment operators, lifting operations, and the Canter Truck transport service.
- Function as the RSES-Delegate (Responsible for Safety and Environment on Site), leading risk evaluations, safety reporting, and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain accurate records of all received, issued, and scrapped materials, including Bill of Scraps (BOS) and Freight Waybills.
- Support technical logistics, including Jet A1 fuel issuance to offshore fields, downstream teams, and archive operations.
- Lead on-site HSE committees, conduct safety inductions, and ensure proper work permits are implemented for non-routine lifting.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with a strong background in people and resource management.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in materials management, logistics, and site operations within the oil and gas industry.
- Certified HSE Management on site experience (RSES-D / GSES).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word) and enterprise resource planning software such as SAP or UNISUP.
- Strong knowledge of petroleum industry equipment, lifting operations, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Excellent communication, industrial conflict resolution, and leadership skills.
