As our Instrumentation Manager based at our Ikorodu facility, you will play a vital role in keeping our manufacturing operations safe, efficient, and reliable. You will lead world-class instrumentation practices, reduce downtime, and drive automation innovation to shape the future of our production capabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Drive equipment reliability and instrumentation performance to consistently meet production and quality targets.
- Lead maintenance and automation programmes that improve equipment availability and process efficiency.
- Build and develop a high-performing technical team, fostering capability building and knowledge sharing.
- Champion safe working practices ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives to enhance automation, reduce waste, and optimize energy efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with engineering and production to solve complex technical challenges.
- HND or Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with automation systems and instrumentation in a fast-paced industrial environment.
- Proven experience leading technical teams and supporting manufacturing operations.
- Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Servo, and industrial communication protocols like Profibus and Modbus.
- Ability to manage technical projects, interpret P&I diagrams, and drive cost-saving initiatives.
