Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and comprehensive lectures on IT courses, specifically focusing on networking and cyber security as assigned by the institute.
- Provide practical, hands-on training using real-world scenarios and live equipment to bridge the gap between theory and practice.
- Guide, mentor, and support students throughout their academic journey, inspiring them to reach their full potential.
- Design, administer, and evaluate student performance through quizzes, practical assignments, projects, and examinations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evolving industry trends, emerging cyber threats, and networking technologies to continuously improve course delivery.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in teaching, training, or working within the relevant technology sectors.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency in CCNA, Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Red Hat System and Network Administration, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA N+.
- Hands-on competence in configuring live Cisco network devices such as routers, switches, wireless systems, and standard cyber security tools.
