Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging lectures and practical training sessions on IT courses as assigned by management.
- Provide hands-on training using real-world examples to enhance the student learning experience.
- Offer continuous guidance, mentorship, and academic support to students throughout their learning journey.
- Create an inspiring and supportive classroom environment that encourages students to achieve their full potential.
- Regularly assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, quizzes, and formal examinations.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, networking protocols, and cybersecurity threats to incorporate into teaching materials.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching, training, or relevant industry experience in networking and cybersecurity.
- Proven proficiency in computer networking concepts including CCNA, Cyber Security, Ethical Hacking, Red Hat System Administration, CompTIA A+, and CompTIA N+.
- Hands-on competence in configuring live Cisco network devices such as routers, switches, wireless equipment, and essential cybersecurity tools.
