Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive, high-quality care and supervision for children during school hours and designated activities.
- Assist teachers and school staff in managing classroom routines and transitions.
- Foster a safe, clean, and engaging environment that encourages positive social interactions and creativity.
- Help children with personal hygiene, feeding, and other daily developmental routines.
- Support the implementation of interactive learning and recreational activities designed to enhance social skills.
- Monitor children's behavior and health, reporting any concerns promptly to school administration and parents.
- Maintain a patient and empathetic approach when addressing the emotional needs of young learners.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications, certifications in early childhood care, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience working as a Nanny, childcare provider, or in a similar educational support role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect warmly with children and parents.
- High level of patience, reliability, and emotional intelligence.
- First aid certification and background in child development will be an added advantage.
