About the Role
Brint School is an innovative online learning platform dedicated to providing personalized educational experiences for African children in the diaspora. We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Music / Voice Training Tutor to join our vibrant team of educators. In this role, you will inspire young learners, help them discover their musical potential, and build their confidence through structured virtual lessons tailored to their individual goals and skill levels.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, interactive online music and voice training sessions for students of various ages and skill levels.
- Teach proper vocal techniques, including breath control, pitch accuracy, tone production, projection, and vocal agility.
- Assess individual vocal abilities and design customized lesson plans that cater to each student's unique learning pace and goals.
- Introduce foundational music concepts such as rhythm, melody, ear training, and musical expression.
- Provide constructive, encouraging feedback and closely monitor student progress over time.
- Maintain a professional, safe, and supportive virtual learning environment that fosters creativity and self-expression.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and the Brint School operations team to ensure a seamless educational experience.
- Proven experience in vocal coaching, singing, music education, or a related creative field.
- Strong vocal performance abilities and a solid understanding of music theory and vocal mechanics.
- Previous online teaching or tutoring experience is an added advantage.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a patient, encouraging teaching style.
