Elevation Professionals, a reputable management consultancy and publishing firm, is seeking a talented and dedicated Music Teacher to join a client organization based in Ipaja, Lagos. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate music educator to nurture creativity, build musical skills, and inspire students to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging music lessons tailored to students' learning levels
- Teach music theory, instrumental skills, and vocal techniques
- Organize and prepare students for musical performances, recitals, and events
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Maintain musical instruments and classroom equipment
- Foster a positive, creative, and disciplined learning environment
- Collaborate with other staff to support extracurricular music activities
- Relevant qualification in Music Education, Music Performance, or a related field
- Proven experience teaching music at the appropriate academic level
- Proficiency in one or more musical instruments and/or vocal training
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills
- Passion for education and mentoring young learners
- Must reside in or around Ipaja, Lagos, or be willing to commute conveniently
