Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver engaging, comprehensive music lessons in accordance with the school curriculum.
- Instruct students in vocal and instrumental techniques, music theory, and history.
- Manage student behavior in the classroom to ensure a productive and safe learning environment.
- Organize and direct school choirs, bands, and musical performances for school events and ceremonies.
- Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Maintain and care for all school musical instruments and classroom equipment.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Music or a related field.
- National Certificate in Education (NCE) with a focus on music.
- Valid Teaching License or Certification (TLS) is strongly preferred.
- Certificate of Equivalency, where applicable.
- A minimum of two years of professional teaching or relevant work experience.
