Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive English language and literature lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic and personal growth.
- Create a vibrant, inclusive, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages active student participation and critical thinking.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and school administration to develop innovative literacy programs and extracurricular activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Possess a minimum qualification of B.Ed., B.Sc., or HND in English Language, Education, or a related relevant field.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to utilize modern teaching methodologies and integrate technology into classroom instruction.
