About the Role
De Alpha Regal Academy is a reputable educational institution located in Galadimawa, Abuja, dedicated to cultivating leadership, integrity, and academic excellence in children. We offer comprehensive learning programs from Creche through Primary classes, instilling discipline and purpose-driven leadership. We are currently seeking a talented and dedicated Music and Fine Art Teacher to join our supportive Christian school community. In this part-time, on-site role, you will inspire Early Years and Primary pupils to discover their artistic potential through engaging, hands-on lessons, helping them build practical skills and showcase their talents through school performances and art exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities- Teach engaging, age-appropriate music and fine art lessons to Early Years and Primary pupils.
- Guide practical, hands-on activities that foster creativity, motor skills, and artistic expression.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and stimulating classroom environment that keeps young learners engaged.
- Assess and monitor pupils' understanding of foundational music and art concepts.
- Organize and prepare students for exciting school performances and creative art displays.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven teaching experience in music and fine art.
- Possession of an NCE or B.Ed in a relevant educational field.
- Demonstrated ability in delivering age-appropriate, hands-on creative instruction.
- Strong classroom management skills with a proven track record of keeping young children safe and engaged.
- Previous experience organizing student performances and art exhibitions is a strong advantage.
