About the Role
Prime Montessori Nursery and Primary School (PMS) is dedicated to arresting the falling standard in the Nigerian educational sector by providing qualitative, balanced education. We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated ICT Teacher to join our vibrant academic community in Satellite Town, Lagos. In this role, you will inspire young learners, deliver interactive computer science lessons, and equip our pupils with essential, practical digital skills needed for the modern world.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging ICT and Computer Science lessons tailored to nursery and primary pupils.
- Introduce students to basic coding software, digital tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace applications.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their continuous digital literacy development.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and technologically well-equipped learning environment during all practical computer sessions.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to integrate technology across the broader school curriculum.
- HND or BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; NCE in Computer Studies is also acceptable.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven teaching experience in a recognized primary or secondary educational institution.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and Classroom, internet tools, and basic coding platforms.
- Demonstrated strength in classroom management, student engagement, and verbal communication.
- Must reside in or be able to conveniently commute to Satellite Town, Lagos, and be available to resume immediately.
