About the Role
De Alpha Regal Academy is a reputable educational institution in Galadimawa, Abuja, dedicated to cultivating leadership, integrity, and academic excellence in children. We offer comprehensive learning programs across Creche, Early Years, and Primary levels, focusing on nurturing purpose-driven leaders. We are currently seeking a passionate and values-driven Class Teacher to take charge of an assigned class and guide our pupils toward holistic success.
Key Responsibilities- Teach Early Years or Primary pupils using an engaging, blended Nigerian and British curriculum.
- Identify individual learning gaps and creatively adapt lesson plans to meet diverse pupil needs.
- Establish warm, structured, and disciplined classroom routines that encourage positive behavior.
- Assess student progress regularly and respond effectively to performance data.
- Lead daily devotions and teach Christian studies to instill strong moral and spiritual foundations.
- Possession of an NCE or B.Ed degree in Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant classroom teaching experience.
- Strong expertise in differentiated instruction and learning-gap intervention.
- Proven ability to deliver both Nigerian and British curricula seamlessly.
- Exceptional classroom management, lesson planning, and pupil assessment skills.
