About the Role

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team of medical professionals in providing top-tier rehabilitation services.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive musculoskeletal and functional patient assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and rehabilitation plans based on clinical findings.
- Assess and manage patients with sports-related injuries, back pain, spinal conditions, neck pain, joint disorders, and soft tissue injuries.
- Provide expert care for post-operative orthopedic rehabilitation cases.
- Deliver hands-on therapy and evidence-based rehabilitation interventions.
- Prescribe and supervise targeted therapeutic exercises while monitoring patient progress.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, recovery strategies, posture, ergonomics, and self-management techniques.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and treatment records.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and sports medicine specialists to optimize patient recovery.
- Bachelor of Medical Rehabilitation in Physiotherapy (BMRPT) or equivalent degree from a recognized institution.
- Current valid license to practice with the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board of Nigeria (MRTB).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of clinical experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based physiotherapy practices and hands-on therapy techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
