Key Responsibilities- Perform advanced aesthetic and dermatological procedures, including cosmetic injections, under established clinical protocols.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and design customized treatment plans for clients dealing with acne, textured skin, and barrier damage.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment education and care instructions to clients to ensure optimal clinical outcomes.
- Maintain accurate client treatment records and adhere strictly to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and research in medical aesthetics and dermatology.
- Valid nursing license and relevant clinical certifications in aesthetic medicine and cosmetic injections.
- Proven professional experience working as an esthetic nurse, injector, or in a similar medical spa environment.
- Deep understanding of diverse skin types, particularly melanin-rich and textured skin.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills with a passion for client care and wellness.
