About the Role
Oilserv Limited is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning (EPCIC) services and complementary solutions across the asset and program life cycle within the onshore, offshore and subsea market segments of the oil and gas sector. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven MRO Coordinator - OTM to oversee Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) procurement coordination for our Operations and Technical division, ensuring seamless alignment between spare-parts availability, maintenance planning, and critical-spares stock levels.
Key Responsibilities- Own the MRO and spare-parts category for Operations and Technical, developing robust category strategies and framework agreements.
- Maintain precise critical-spares definitions and optimal reorder levels in close collaboration with the Maintenance and Materials teams.
- Translate the comprehensive maintenance plan and work-order pipeline into a proactive, forward-looking procurement plan.
- Prioritize sourcing operations based strictly on equipment criticality rather than standard requisition arrival order.
- Manage end-to-end demand planning and serve as the primary stock interface for all operational maintenance requirements.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline, or in Supply Chain Management.
- Professional procurement certification such as CIPS or an equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
- 6 to 8 years of dedicated MRO or spare-parts procurement experience, preferably within the EPCIC, oil and gas, or heavy industrial sectors.
- Strong working knowledge of computerized maintenance planning systems and critical-spares inventory management.
- Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, and interpret complex technical drawings and documentation.
