We are recruiting experienced and passionate Montessori Teachers to join our dynamic teaching team. As a Montessori Teacher, you will implement child-centered pedagogical approaches that foster independence, critical thinking, and holistic development in our young learners.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging Montessori-based lessons aligned with curriculum standards
- Create prepared learning environments that encourage exploration and self-directed learning
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to learners and parents
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a supportive, inclusive community
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management on educational initiatives
- Participate in professional development and staff meetings
- Valid Montessori Teacher Certification or recognized teaching qualification
- Proven experience teaching in a Montessori or progressive educational setting
