Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging daily lessons based on the Montessori and EYFS curricula.
- Create a warm, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate developmental records.
- Collaborate with parents and colleagues to support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and security of all children under your care at all times.
- Possess a relevant qualification in Education, Montessori method, or Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Proven experience working with young children in a structured school setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and modern pedagogical techniques.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
