HSE Train International, Nigeria's leading health and safety training institute, is looking for passionate and experienced HSE Instructors to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging, comprehensive health and safety training sessions to delegates, ensuring high pass rates for certification exams.
- Assess and evaluate participant learning outcomes through continuous evaluation and practical demonstrations.
- Administer, monitor, and grade training assessments in compliance with regulatory and institutional standards.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date training records, attendance sheets, and performance evaluations.
- Create an interactive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and knowledge retention.
- Relevant professional HSE qualifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, HSE Levels 1, 2 & 3, and First Aid certification.
- Possession of a recognized Train-the-Trainer certificate is mandatory.
- Proven professional experience working as a safety trainer or HSE instructor.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Practical industry experience in sectors such as oil and gas, construction, manufacturing, or food and beverage will be a strong added advantage.
