Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain an authentic, orderly, and engaging Montessori classroom environment that inspires curiosity and exploration.
  • Observe and meticulously assess each child's individual needs, interests, and developmental progress, tailoring learning plans accordingly.
  • Guide children expertly in the use of specialized Montessori materials and oversee daily individual and group activities.
  • Foster independence, self-discipline, mutual respect, and social harmony among all students.
  • Maintain regular, professional communication with parents and guardians regarding their children’s developmental milestones and daily progress.
  • Ensure a safe, clean, welcoming, and supportive learning environment at all times in compliance with school standards.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) degree from a recognized institution.
  • At least 1 year of proven professional experience in a similar Montessori teaching role.
  • Must hold a recognized Montessori certification or diploma for the relevant age group.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and classroom management skills.
  • Deep understanding of early childhood development and authentic Montessori philosophy.
