About the Role
Bolton White Hotels & Apartments, a premier hospitality destination conveniently located in the heart of Abuja, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Night Duty Manager to oversee our overnight operations. In this pivotal role, you will be the senior manager on duty, responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high guest satisfaction, and safeguarding the security of our 176 luxury rooms and facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise all overnight hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, and Engineering.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guest concerns, delivering prompt and professional issue resolution.
- Oversee and verify night audit processes, daily revenue reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Monitor property safety and security, responding swiftly to emergencies in line with established protocols.
- Provide active leadership, coaching, and performance management to the night shift team.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 to 15 years of proven experience in hotel operations, with a strong background in Front Office or Duty Management.
- Demonstrated expertise in night audit procedures and financial accuracy.
- Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, dependability, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
