About the Role
Glory Lucas Foundation is on a mission to transform mental health care across Nigeria and Africa through targeted awareness, advocacy, and access initiatives. We integrate mental health into key sectors such as education, business, agriculture, art, and hospitality to foster sustainable economic and psychological well-being. We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) professional to join our team and help us measure, evaluate, and scale our community impact.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement robust M&E frameworks, systems, and tools to track project performance and mental health impact across Nigeria.
- Collect, verify, analyze, and manage quantitative and qualitative data for all ongoing foundation initiatives.
- Conduct regular monitoring visits to project sites to assess implementation quality and compliance with organizational goals.
- Prepare comprehensive periodic reports, dashboards, and impact summaries for internal stakeholders, donors, and partners.
- Facilitate learning, evaluation workshops, and data-driven reviews to continuously improve program strategies and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably within the NGO or mental health sector.
- Strong proficiency in data collection and analysis software such as SPSS, STATA, KoboToolbox, ODK, or PowerBI.
- Exceptional analytical, report-writing, and communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
