About the Role
Transgreen Nigeria Limited, a proud member of the Transerve Disc Technologies group, is a leading manufacturer of essential medical supplies including disposable syringes and medical face masks in Nigeria. We are currently expanding our production team and seeking reliable, hardworking Molding Helpers to support our manufacturing plant. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our injection molding machines, contributing directly to the production of life-saving medical equipment across the country.
Key Responsibilities- Assist machine operators with the setup, operation, and monitoring of injection molding equipment.
- Inspect finished medical products for quality defects, ensuring they meet strict industry standards.
- Sort, pack, and label finished disposable syringes and face masks accurately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on the production floor in compliance with safety regulations.
- Transport raw materials and finished goods between storage areas and the production line.
- Perform routine basic maintenance and cleaning of molding machines and surrounding workspaces.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Minimum of an SSCE, OND, or equivalent relevant qualification.
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing, factory, or production environment is an added advantage.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality control standards.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Willingness to work in shifts as required by the production schedule.
