Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily local mobility activities, ensuring efficient commuter flow and service delivery within the assigned area.
- Manage customer and rider interactions, facilitating smooth onboarding processes and addressing operational inquiries promptly.
- Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and routine reporting tools to support regional logistics oversight.
- Act as the primary local operational contact, supporting the successful rollout and implementation of ATRaS services.
- Drive effective community engagement initiatives to build strong relationships with local stakeholders and transportation partners.
- Bachelor's Degree with a Second Class Upper Division (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Transport/Logistics, Social Sciences, Mobility, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in operations, transportation, logistics, customer management, or field coordination.
- Demonstrated digital literacy with proficiency in handling operational records and modern reporting tools.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and community-engagement skills.
- Must be at least 18 years of age, demonstrate high integrity and professionalism, and be fully available to work on-site in Adamawa State, Nigeria.
