Best Service Raya, a leading mobile phone distribution and sales company, is recruiting experienced Mobile Phone Engineers for our service centers in Ibadan and Lagos. We are seeking dedicated professionals who excel at diagnosing and resolving complex device issues while maintaining our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on mobile devices with precision and expertise
- Perform professional repair and replacement of device components including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and motherboards
- Execute software updates, device flashing, and comprehensive testing to ensure optimal functionality
- Maintain strict adherence to company quality standards and service level agreements (SLA)
- Document all repairs accurately and generate detailed service reports for client records
- Provide customers with clear technical explanations and comprehensive after-sales support
- Comply with ESD protocols, safety regulations, and manufacturer repair guidelines
- Collaborate with spare parts procurement and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations
- Proven experience in smartphone repair and hardware troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of both Android and iOS operating systems
- Proficiency with repair tools, diagnostic equipment, and testing devices
- Excellent communication and analytical problem-solving abilities
- Capability to work efficiently under pressure while meeting performance targets
- Technical certification in mobile phone repair (advantageous)
