Key Responsibilities- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues on various mobile devices.
- Perform precise repair and replacement of components including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, and motherboards.
- Conduct software updates, device flashing, and comprehensive quality assurance testing after every repair.
- Ensure all technical repairs strictly meet company quality standards and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date repair records and service reports.
- Provide professional technical support and clear explanations to customers regarding aftersales service.
- Adhere strictly to ESD, safety, and manufacturer repair guidelines at all times.
- Coordinate seamlessly with spare parts and customer service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Proven hands-on experience in smartphone repair, hardware troubleshooting, and component replacement.
- Comprehensive knowledge and working experience with both Android and iOS mobile devices.
- Proficiency in utilizing specialized repair tools, soldering equipment, and diagnostic software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-facing problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and consistently achieve SLA targets.
- Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in electronics will be considered a distinct advantage.
