Key Responsibilities- Operate all-terrain cranes up to 400 tons and other mobile cranes safely and efficiently as assigned.
- Conduct thorough pre-operational checks on cranes, wire ropes, hooks, and rigging equipment.
- Perform daily routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Collaborate closely with certified riggers and signalers during all lifting and moving operations.
- Comply strictly with all company safety policies, procedures, and supervisor instructions.
- Report any mechanical faults, near misses, or safety hazards immediately.
- Assist with general site support tasks such as loading, unloading, and minor operational repairs when required.
- Valid and current crane operator license and relevant certifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience operating heavy mobile and all-terrain cranes.
- Strong ability to accurately read load charts and interpret standard rigging signals.
- Physically fit, alert, and deeply committed to workplace safety protocols.
- Demonstrable portfolio or verifiable references of previous crane operation experience in industrial or marine settings.
