Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and continuously update innovative and appealing cocktail menus in alignment with lounge standards.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, speed, and creativity.
- Engage warmly with guests, taking orders, offering expert recommendations, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and coordinate timely reordering of supplies and ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and fully stocked bar area in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior bar staff on beverage preparation techniques, standard recipes, and excellent service delivery.
- Handle cash and digital transactions accurately using the designated point-of-sale system.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience as a mixologist or bartender in a reputable lounge, bar, or hotel.
- In-depth knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks, along with a strong understanding of spirits, wines, and beers.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and attention to detail.
- Relevant hospitality certifications or professional mixology training will be an added advantage.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Ibadan, Oyo State.
