About the Role
Tojum Hospitality, a premier hospitality consultancy firm in Nigeria, is recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, Isaac Sam Lounge & Lodging Limited, located on Ring Road, Ibadan. We are looking for a passionate, skilled, and dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dining and lounge operations, ensure flawless service delivery, and drive profitability while maintaining international hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, bar, and lounge to ensure high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place timely orders for food, beverages, and operating supplies to minimize waste.
- Train, mentor, and supervise F&B staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop appealing menus, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure consistency in food preparation.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure repeat business.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all food and beverage areas.
- Track sales data, manage budgets, and implement cost-control measures to maximize venue profitability.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience as an F&B Manager or in a similar supervisory hospitality role within the Nigerian market.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong working knowledge of food and beverage cost controls, inventory management, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required by the hospitality industry.
