Known for our authentic southeastern Nigerian delicacies, rustic outdoor ambiance, and welcoming family-friendly environment, we are looking for a skilled beverage professional to elevate our guests' dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Design and prepare innovative cocktails, mocktails, and traditional beverages with precision and artistry
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, and mixology techniques
- Deliver exceptional customer service while engaging guests and recommending beverage pairings
- Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation across all service periods
- Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and maintain cleanliness of work stations
- Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to create cohesive dining experiences
- Stay current with beverage trends and contribute creative menu suggestions
- Recognized mixology certification or relevant qualification from an accredited institution
- Minimum 2+ years of professional bartending or mixology experience
- Expert knowledge of cocktail preparation, presentation, and wine/spirit pairings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
