Key Responsibilities- Receive and process customer payments accurately via cash, POS, and other approved payment channels.
- Issue valid receipts and ensure all financial transactions are meticulously recorded.
- Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of each shift without discrepancies.
- Maintain comprehensive daily transaction records and submit accurate financial reports.
- Monitor and promptly report cash shortages, float variances, or any suspicious activities.
- Provide polite, professional, and prompt customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
- Minimum of a Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) or equivalent academic qualification.
- Proven work experience as a Cashier or in a similar customer-facing transactional role is an added advantage.
- Exceptional numerical skills with a proven track record of handling cash with 100% accuracy and integrity.
- Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
