About the Role

CrownCity Park & Resort is a leading hospitality and lifestyle destination located in Agbara, Ogun State, offering luxury accommodation, leisure, wellness, and world-class event spaces. We are currently seeking a creative and skilled Mixologist to join our dynamic food and beverage team. In this role, you will elevate our beverage program by crafting signature drinks, delivering outstanding customer service, and maintaining the highest standards of bar operations in a fast-paced, upscale resort environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve classic, contemporary, and signature cocktails according to established quality and presentation standards.
  • Create innovative and visually appealing beverages tailored to guest preferences, seasonal themes, and special resort events.
  • Provide expert recommendations on cocktails, fine spirits, wines, and other beverages to enhance the guest dining experience.
  • Deliver warm, professional, and attentive service while engaging positively with resort guests and visitors.
  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar, counter, and beverage service areas.
  • Monitor daily bar inventory, restock supplies efficiently, and communicate stock requirements to management promptly.
  • Ensure proper portion control, consistent taste and presentation, and minimal product wastage.
  • Operate POS systems accurately to process beverage orders, manage tabs, and handle payments.
  • Collaborate closely with the Food and Beverage, kitchen, and events teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of professional mixology or bartending experience in a reputable hotel, lounge, or resort.
  • In-depth knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine pairing, and bar operations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with a guest-first mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic hospitality environment.
  • Valid certification in food safety, hygiene, or responsible beverage service is a distinct advantage.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by resort operations.
