We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic Mixologist to join our dynamic bar and beverage team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting signature cocktails, maintaining a pristine bar environment, and providing engaging, top-tier customer service to our patrons.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, mocktails, and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistent drink quality, taste, and visual presentation for every order.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout operating hours.
- Handle, store, and rotate all ingredients, glassware, and bar equipment properly to minimize waste and ensure safety.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting warmly with guests, taking orders efficiently, and offering tailored beverage recommendations.
- Monitor inventory and stock levels closely, reporting shortages to management in a timely manner.
- Adhere strictly to all company hygiene, health, safety, and operational standards.
- Proven previous experience working as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar hospitality beverage role.
- Strong working knowledge of mixology, cocktail trends, and various beverage preparation techniques.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Neat, highly presentable, and well-organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive and maintain composure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
