We are currently recruiting a skilled and vibrant Bartender to represent our esteemed client in the hospitality sector. In this role, you will be the face of the bar, responsible for creating an inviting atmosphere, crafting exceptional beverages, and delivering outstanding customer service that keeps patrons returning.
Key Responsibilities- Greet customers warmly, take drink and food orders, and offer expert menu recommendations.
- Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and establishment guidelines.
- Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcohol consumption.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Manage bar inventory, monitor stock levels, and place timely orders for supplies.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations behind the bar.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience working as a bartender in a reputable lounge, hotel, or restaurant.
- Relevant vocational training, certifications in mixology, or a hospitality-related qualification will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
