About the Role
Bukka Hospitality Limited, trading as Bukka Hut, is a premier fast-food restaurant renowned for serving favorite Nigerian meals Bukka-style within comfortable, hygienic environments across Lagos. We are currently seeking a proactive and result-driven Restaurant Supervisor to join our vibrant team in Lekki. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our front-of-house operations, ensuring that every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience and that our high standards of service, quality, and hygiene are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain high visibility in the front-of-house area to promptly address customer feedback and ensure staff remain welcoming, professional, and well-coordinated.
- Supervise subordinates to guarantee continuous product availability according to time-out schedules and attractive display standards.
- Proactively identify and resolve operational bottlenecks that could impact product availability or service delivery.
- Manage timely product requisitions to prevent stockouts and ensure accurate inventory tracking to eliminate cash or product shortages.
- Enforce company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all shifts and investigate any discrepancies immediately.
- Oversee the proper handling of restaurant equipment, including POS systems, computers, chillers, and microwaves, to prevent damage and maintain smooth operations.
- Submit accurate operational reports in a timely manner to management.
- Oversee rigorous shift-closing procedures, including cashier cash-outs, facility security, cleanliness, and proper shutting down of utilities.
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven work experience in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or fast-food environment.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Must reside within Lekki and its immediate environs.
