Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive mine planning, pit development, and production scheduling.
- Oversee drilling and blasting operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Manage ore extraction, loading, hauling, and monitor equipment productivity and utilization.
- Coordinate basic mine surveying and grade-control activities.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and conduct regular hazard identifications.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improved productivity and cost reduction.
- Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mining Engineering.
- Demonstrated practical experience in mining operations, preferably in mineral production.
- Hands-on experience with at least one of the following minerals: Lithium, Copper, or Zinc Lead.
- Strong technical proficiency in mine design, production reporting, and workflow optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex operational data.
