About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Supervise pupils closely during indoor and outdoor activities to ensure their absolute safety and wellbeing.
- Assist teachers and caregivers in managing classroom routines, meal times, and nap times effectively.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization within the children's learning and play environments.
- Provide attentive, patient, and compassionate personal care to children, responding promptly to their emotional and physical needs.
- Foster positive, polite, and encouraging interactions with pupils, supporting their social and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate seamlessly with teachers, school administrators, and fellow support staff to uphold institutional standards.
- Minimum of an SSCE or OND qualification; possession of an NCE or relevant early childhood certification is a strong added advantage.
- Demonstrated previous experience caring for young children in a structured school, daycare, or similar professional setting.
- A genuine, demonstrated love for children accompanied by a naturally caring, patient, and empathetic disposition.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills for interacting positively with children, colleagues, and parents.
- Highly responsible, punctual, and reliable with a proven ability to work cooperatively within a team.
