We currently seek a passionate and creative Minder to join our vibrant team of educators and support staff, ensuring a secure, nurturing, and stimulating atmosphere for our pupils.
Key Responsibilities- Provide attentive care, supervision, and support to children within the crèche, nursery, and primary sections.
- Foster a safe, clean, and conducive environment that promotes positive child development and character education.
- Collaborate effectively with teachers and school staff to support daily academic and extracurricular activities.
- Engage children in creative learning and play activities that align with school standards.
- Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and the wider school community.
- Minimum of HND, B.Ed, B.Sc, B.A, or an equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Proven professional work experience in a similar childcare or educational role.
- Strong knowledge of child development, academic standards, and character education.
- Familiarity with both the Nigerian and British educational curricula.
- Proficiency in basic Information and Communication Technology (ICT).
- Must be creative, resourceful, and a strong team player with excellent leadership skills.
- Must reside within close proximity to Rumuokurushi, Igbo-Etche Road, or Eleme Junction in Port-Harcourt.
