About the Role
Gramaze Healthcare is a registered, technology-driven home healthcare organisation and digital coordination platform based in Nigeria. We specialize in connecting families, qualified caregivers, and medical professionals through integrated technological workflows, ensuring clinical care delivery is structured, transparent, and highly personalized. We are currently expanding our clinical team and looking for passionate professionals to join us as Midwives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive antenatal, intranatal, and postnatal care to clients within their homes.
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during pregnancy and childbirth stages.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and treatments as prescribed by attending physicians.
- Educate expectant mothers and families on proper nutrition, infant care, and postpartum wellness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital health records utilizing our proprietary platform.
- Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary medical teams to ensure coordinated care delivery.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and implement established clinical protocols.
- Valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) or relevant MDCN credentials.
- Proven clinical experience working as a professional midwife or in maternal healthcare settings.
- Possession of a recognized caregiving certificate will be an added advantage.
