About the Role

We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Methods, Reporting & Communications Engineer to join our expanding team in Nigeria. In this vital role, you will bridge the gap between technical operations and effective stakeholder communication, ensuring our IT procedures, governance frameworks, and communication strategies align with our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and evaluate IT procedures, methodologies, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain, update, and continuously improve IT policies, operational processes, and comprehensive documentation.
- Support rigorous IT quality control initiatives, internal audits, and continuous improvement programs.
- Prepare accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc IT performance reports for management.
- Develop and publish strategic IT communications regarding system changes, major incidents, and cybersecurity user awareness.
- Facilitate IT change management processes and drive effective cross-functional stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) activities, meetings, mandatory training sessions, and compliance reporting.
- Maintain secure, organized, and up-to-date IT records and procedural documentation.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Media Communications, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of professional experience working within IT or Media Communications environments.
- Demonstrated proficiency in IT processes, governance frameworks, and emerging technological trends.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities, advanced technical reporting skills, and superior technical writing abilities.
- Outstanding verbal communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior hands-on experience in IT governance, change management, or internal corporate communications will be an added advantage.
