About the Role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is a premier provider of technical staffing, inspection, and support services to the Nigerian oil and gas industry. We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Methods, Reporting & Communications Engineer to join our Information Systems and Technology (IST) division. In this vital role, you will champion quality control, drive process improvements, monitor SLAs and KPIs, and lead strategic communication initiatives to enhance user awareness and satisfaction across the affiliate.
Key Responsibilities- Follow up on IST project methodology and ensure strict quality compliance across all operations.
- Monitor contractor and team compliance with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Update and maintain IST policies, procedures, and processes within the Company Management System (CMS).
- Develop and publish engaging user communications covering awareness, changes, major activities, and crisis management.
- Generate comprehensive weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc IST activity reports for management and headquarters.
- Coordinate HSE compliance, act as the division HSE liaison, and document quarterly safety meetings.
- Participate in IST quality control audits and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the IST intranet.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Media Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience working in Information Technology or Media Communications environments.
- Thorough understanding of current and developing IS/IT industry solutions and business application methodologies.
- Exceptional technical writing, reporting, and problem diagnosis abilities.
