About the Role
Amaiden Energy Nigeria Limited is a premier provider of outsourcing, technical staffing, and procurement services to the Nigerian oil and gas industry. We are currently looking for a dedicated Methods Engineer – C&P Tools & Support to join our dynamic team and drive operational excellence through advanced supply chain tools and robust technical support.
Key Responsibilities- Support the functional hotline to resolve issues arising from the appropriation of Contracts and Procurement (C&P) tools.
- Coordinate regular training and support for external suppliers on e-sourcing tools and NIPEX platforms.
- Test and validate new solutions and upgrades for Supply Chain tools under the supervision of the Performance and Tools Manager.
- Manage profile modifications, reference users, and permissions in SAP to ensure strict segregation of duties.
- Perform regular audits and controls to improve affiliate performance in ASAP, SOX audits, and related reviews.
- Act as the primary liaison between UNISUP Coordination, MM users, and Supply Chain Business Process Owners.
- Promote company HSE policies and ensure all operations comply with relevant safety and environmental legislation.
- Minimum of a Second-Class university degree in Engineering, Business, or a Supply Chain discipline.
- At least 7 years of professional experience within the Oil & Gas industry and Supply Chain capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of C&P supply chain tools, including UNISUP, planning tools, e-sourcing platforms, and NipeX.
- Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel proficiency with the ability to write macros, and PowerPoint.
- Proven experience in risk-based auditing, financial and non-financial audits, and LEAN methodology facilitation.
- Strong communication, diplomacy, and training skills with a proven commitment to deadlines and quality delivery.
