Key Responsibilities- Automate recurring report generation to reduce manual errors and turnaround times, while improving existing reporting frameworks.
- Standardize reporting templates across multiple business units and regional teams to ensure consistency.
- Perform comprehensive variance analysis, comparing actual results against budgets and forecasts while conducting root-cause evaluations.
- Analyze operational efficiency, financial outcomes, and key performance indicators to support strategic decision-making.
- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Oversee the collection, consolidation, and validation of data from ERP systems, marketing, and other organizational sources.
- Coordinate cross-functional data inputs with finance, sales, operations, and IT teams.
- Supervise junior MIS analysts, reporting specialists, and data coordinators while establishing quality assurance protocols.
- Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting.
- Mandatory professional qualification as an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in an MIS and reporting role, with real estate industry experience serving as a distinct advantage.
- Advanced technical proficiency in MS Excel (XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros), SQL, and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical capabilities encompassing variance analysis, trend identification, and predictive forecasting.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and deadline-enforcement skills.
