About the Role
Intelligent Campaign Hub (ICH) is a leading consumer technology company headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria, dedicated to enhancing everyday consumer experiences through innovative digital solutions. We are currently expanding our operations and looking for a dynamic and results-driven Merchant Aggregator with a strong existing network of merchants across key Lagos markets and business communities. In this role, you will be instrumental in scaling our platform by bringing new merchants on board and fostering long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify, approach, and successfully acquire new merchants to onboard onto our technology platform.
- Leverage your existing network of business owners and market associations to drive rapid customer acquisition.
- Build, nurture, and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with onboarded merchants.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly acquisition and activation targets.
- Provide feedback from the market to the product and marketing teams to improve user experience and platform offerings.
- Must possess a strong, verifiable existing network of merchants and business owners across various markets in Lagos.
- Proven professional experience in sales, merchant acquisition, business development, field marketing, or related roles.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding measurable performance targets.
