We are currently looking for energetic and result-driven Sales Officers to join our growing field team across multiple locations in Nigeria, including Enugu, Warri, Benin, Ondo, Osun, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Imo, and Rivers. In this dynamic, field-based role, you will be at the forefront of our business expansion, directly engaging with market traders and small business owners to introduce our innovative loan products. Key Responsibilities- Approach and actively engage potential customers within busy commercial markets, shops, and business areas.
- Educate prospective clients on PalmPay loan products, features, interest rates, and overall benefits.
- Guide and assist customers seamlessly through the loan application and digital onboarding process.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly loan disbursement targets set by the company.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with small business owners and market associations to drive repeat business.
- Provide regular feedback from the field to the management team regarding customer needs and market trends.
- No prior sales or banking experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided upon resumption.
- Must be extremely comfortable and resilient working outdoors in the field, including markets and commercial districts.
- Possess excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Must currently reside in one of the designated locations: Enugu, Warri, Benin, Ondo, Osun, Abia, Akwa Ibom, Edo, Imo, or Rivers.
- A high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification is required.
