Key Responsibilities- Ensure all company products are prominently displayed, attractively merchandised, adequately stocked, and correctly priced in assigned retail stores.
- Monitor inventory levels closely, identify stock gaps, and coordinate timely replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Build, maintain, and nurture positive working relationships with store managers, supervisors, and retail staff to secure prime shelf space and promotional advantages.
- Conduct regular market checks to observe competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
- Compile and submit accurate daily and weekly merchandising reports using mobile reporting tools.
- Hold an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) in a relevant discipline.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of proven merchandising, retail, or Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) experience.
- Must currently reside within the Western region of Nigeria and possess deep familiarity with local retail networks.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a smart, presentable, and self-driven demeanor.
- Must own and be proficient in operating an Android smartphone for daily reporting and communication.
