About the Role
CHF Heron Nigeria Limited, a leading nationwide distributor established in 1989, is looking for a proactive and results-driven Merchandiser to join our expanding team. Key Responsibilities- Ensure all company products are strategically displayed, properly stocked, and accurately priced across assigned retail stores.
- Monitor inventory levels continuously, identify stock gaps, and coordinate timely replenishments to maximize sales opportunities.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen positive working relationships with store managers and key retail personnel.
- Execute promotional displays, merchandising guidelines, and planograms effectively to enhance brand visibility.
- Submit accurate daily and weekly merchandising reports using digital tools.
- Hold an OND or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Possess 1 to 2 years of proven retail or FMCG merchandising experience.
- Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must currently reside within the Western region of Nigeria to facilitate smooth coverage of assigned outlets.
- Smart, presentable, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Must own and be proficient in using an Android smartphone for daily digital reporting and communication.
