JV Management Consulting is a leading indigenous Human Resource Management consulting firm dedicated to supporting organizational growth and sustainability strategies. We are currently seeking energetic, customer-focused, and result-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team as Merchandising Officers. In this exciting role, you will serve as a frontline brand ambassador, championing field merchandising, consumer engagement, product sampling, and impactful retail activations across assigned locations to elevate our brand presence and market share.
Key Responsibilities- Execute dynamic market, street, school, and retail activation campaigns to drive brand awareness.
- Merchandise products seamlessly in line with company standards and set up branded promotional and sampling stations.
- Conduct effective consumer education and engaging product sampling activities.
- Build, nurture, and maintain positive, lasting relationships with key retailers and local distributors.
- Ensure optimal product visibility, attractive shelf presence, and compliance with approved product pricing.
- Distribute promotional materials efficiently while gathering critical, actionable market intelligence.
- Submit accurate daily digital field reports seamlessly using a smartphone.
- Maintain company uniforms, merchandising equipment, and promotional assets in pristine condition.
- Possess an OND, NCE, or equivalent academic qualification with 2 to 3 years of proven work experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrate good spoken and written English communication skills.
- Mandatory fluency in Nigerian Pidgin English to effectively connect with diverse local audiences.
- Basic smartphone proficiency for daily digital reporting and communication.
- Must possess a valid government-issued means of identification.
- Must currently reside in Asaba or its immediate environs.
- Must be highly energetic and willing to travel extensively across Southern Nigeria.
